Well, y'all, it happened. I was put in my place last night, and lost trivia by two points! Congratulations to the team that won! I didn't catch the team name, but I'll remember every face for next time, when I take my revenge!!!😂😂😂 So next time, first place will be back down to $25. But this new plan might make it a little more enticing for the rest of you trivia plebs! Ok, I'm sorry. That was too far. I'm still not done being a sore loser yet...

Also, we won't have trivia or karaoke next Friday, so I'm trying to come up with something to fill in the gap. Maybe we play Cards Against Humanity for a prize? And I'll be the judge every round? I'm open to suggestions!

Well, y'all, even though we very rarely need it, we've added a bunch more tables and chairs. I've still got one more table to go pick up this afternoon, and then we'll have SIXTY-FIVE SEATS in the dining room (and twelve at the bar)!!! We have trivia on Friday at 7, so if y'all could come up here and fill this place up so I can get a better picture, that'd be great, m'kay? And the prize for winning trivia this week is a $75 Ginger Gr**go Gift Gertificate. But that means you gotta beat me, and I'm two for two!

Y'all, seriously, c'mon. We've received ANOTHER donation for the Free Food Fund! We're sitting on $170 to put toward meals for folks that need 'em. Just come in and order something! Also, we have karaoke tonight from 9-1. Tell your friends!

EDIT: make that $270! Donations just keep coming in! If y'all don't come get some of this free food, I'm gonna end up having to buy a private jet!!!

Any of y'all chiliheads out there wanna come try this fresh jalapeño and serrano hot sauce I just made? It's got garlic, vinegar, lime juice and Tajin in it, and it is HOT. I put waaaaay too much on this taco. The first bite made my eyes water. It's so good!

Hey y'all, I know things are still wonky out there, and I'm sure plenty of y'all are still working your tuchuses off trying to help yourselves and others get stuff figured out. But if you need a break from all that, this is just a lil reminder that we are now having entertainment on Fridays up here at the Gr**go-Voo, alternating fortnightly betwixt trivia (last week and next week) and karaoke (this week). So be ready to sang ya dang thang off at 9pm on Friday! Trivia starts at 7 on trivia weeks, karaoke starts at 9 on karaoke weeks. Also, we still have $130 left over from last week to give away in free food, so if you know anybody that's still in need of some grub, send 'em up here tomorrow!
