The birds are chirping and the plants are starting to sprout out of the ground! 🌱☀️ These days, the sun is sticking around a little longer, so we’re celebrating with spring specials that are bursting with brightness and fresh, citrusy flavor:

🍄‍🟫 Spring Market Grain Bowl
Warm farro tossed with roasted asparagus, pickled radishes, roasted portobello mushrooms, and fresh spinach, all brought together with a creamy lemon herb vinaigrette. Finished with your choice of sliced chicken or black bean fritters for a hearty, nourishing bite of spring.

And just like that, we are nearing the end of 2025. We’re closing out the year the best way we know how: with a lineup of cozy, crave-worthy specials to keep you warm all December long.

🍫 Chocolate Peppermint Blizzard Crepe // A December tradition! A sweet chocolate crepe wrapped around Marshmallow Fluff, chocolate hazelnut spread, and crushed peppermint candy canes. The people of Pancakia have asked for this crepe's return year after year, so naturally... we listened.

💥 K-Pop Crepe // A savory scallion crepe featuring Vermont braised beef, local kimchi with a creamy Korean style BBQ sauce, served with a side of cilantro chili dipping sauce. We love this one too much to not keep around till the end of the year!

☕️ Mint Hot Chocolate // Housemade hot chocolate infused with mint. It's simple. It's cozy. It's perfect.

🥤 Peppermint Rush Milkshake // Local milk and ice cream blended with peppermint syrup & peppermint candy bits. Basically winter cheer in a cup.
