Hey folks - updating for people who didn’t see us communicate it elsewhere. We had to call Saturday due to the forecast. Excited to be back in Heights Sunday!

I know it wound up clearing up by the looks of it, but we have to make the best call we can the night before due to prep time and food cost, and last night the forecast was a total washout.

About halfway through each season, I realize we’ve fallen into the pattern of just robotically posting dates every week. It gets busy, and while heads are down working we tend to forget not everyone knows what we do or how we do it.

Our goal is to make the best barbecue imaginable (which is not a goal you ever complete). We just try to beat yesterday. We’ve traveled to learn from people at the top of the game, put in thousands of reps, and have gotten some awesome recognition and glowing feedback which we are very grateful for.

But no outside judge is tougher than we are on what we put out. And I’m really proud of where we are.

Appreciate all the folks we’ve gotten to know who make this thing possible by enjoying our bbq!
