Butts & Buns BBQ Will we will be open every Wednesday through Saturday through the end of September 2021.We will be opening this year on Thursday May 25th for Memorial weekend.

We will be open every Wednesday thru Saturday this season for your convenience.We will also be open everyday June 28th thru July 15th for your holiday convenience. We are located in the parking lot of Marks Market in Hackensack, Minnesota. Check out our complete menu for some of the best BBQ around!

What better way to start off a holiday weekend than with great BBQ!!
Butts & Buns BBQ will be open this Wednesday at 11 o'clock till 6, Thursday, 11 to 6, friday and Saturday from 11:00 to 7:00 and Sunday from 11:00 to 6:00 for your holiday convenience.
Stop buying, grab a hot rack of ribs, or pulled pork sandwich, or brisket sandwich to go or sit outside at 1 of our 4 tables in our outdoor dining area and enjoy!

WE'RE BACK !
We open Friday and Saturday the 15th and 16th at 11:00-7:00 at our usual location at Marks Market parking lot in beautiful Hackensack. After this weekend we will be on our regular schedule of Wednesday thru Saturday

Butts & Buns BBQ has some new and exciting things going on this year! First I'm in the process transitioning in a new BBQ pit master, Jon Gjevre, who many of you may know from around town! Jon has been up here weekends and holidays most of his life and now has the chance to move up here and become a permanent resident . I have been working with Jon for the past month and he is doing fabulous. I will continue to help him and the business throughout the summer for a smooth transition. The good news is he will continue with the same great recipies and BBQ you've always Loved and known as Butts & Buns GREAT BBQ!!
AND... It will stay right here in Hackensack!! Same location same great food!
AND...The 5 great employess we have had for the past couple years are all returning to help serve YOU!
AND... Three of these gals got the special honor to represent the town of Pine River as Miss Pine River- Charlee Childs, 1st Princes-Evelynn Peterson and 2nd Princes- Margret Crimmons!! Stop by and congratulate them on this great achievment! We are very honored to have them as our epmployees!
We are looking forward to meeting and serving all of our past great regular customers plus all the new ones who wonder why they didnt stop before!

IT'S BBQ SEASON AGAIN!!
We are getting ready to open for the season!!
We are at the Cuyuna Agate show in Brainerd at the Crow Wing County Fairgrounds this Saturday and Sunday May 9th and 10th.
May 15th and 16th we will be back in Hackensack at our usual spot in Marks Market parking lot!
After Saturday the 16th we will be bsck to our regular hours Wednesday thru Saturday.

Butts & Buns BBQ is open today Friday 9-26 and tomorrow the27th. This is our last 2 days for this season. Stop by and grab that last sandwich or pork parfait while you can! Or a couple cold racks to put in the freezer to warm up during those cold winter months.
We will be at our regular location at Mark's Market NOT downtown at the chainsaw event for your convenience and that of all our regular customers who just want to grab lunch.

Fall might be here! But, Butts & Buns BBQ is still open this weekend and next Wednesday thru Saturday. Stop by and grab a hot pork or brisket sandwich. or our famous pork parfait!!
We also have the best baby back ribs in MN and beyond. Grab a hot rack now or ask about our cold pre-cooked ribs for later or give us a call for frozen racks to stock up the freezer for the cold winter months.

Welcome to Labor Day weekend! For many it's the end of summer for us we've got another month to go serving great barbecue!
We will be here this weekend Wednesday through Sunday. Wednesday Thursday 11:00 26 Friday and Saturday 11:00 to 7:00 and Sunday from 11:00 to 5:00 for your holiday convenience. Stop by and grab a couple sandwiches or a rack of ribs to go or enjoy eating them here at our picnic tables.
If you're coming from out of town come into town don't follow the detour until you get into town and then follow the detour through town and it'll send you right by us. We are still located at Mark's Market.

After Labor Day our September hours will be Wednesday and Thursday 11:00 to 2:00 Friday and Saturday 11:00 to 7:00 through the 27th of September.
