Another interesting cookie design that went out the door last weekend, cookies for a respiratory therapist. The client was very happy, though since it was a last minute order, I had to be creative on the shapes, an upside down heart cookie cutter for the lungs and a rattle cutter and a double heart cutter for the stethoscopes.

What a fun theme, cookies and cupcakes for an eye doctor to be. The sugar cookies were lemon cardamom, some decorated with an edible image and some with royal icing transfers. The cupcakes were chocolate with a swirl of vanilla bean buttercream and topped with the same cookie that were hand drawn to match the theme.
