With Mother’s Day coming up, I keep thinking about where everything started. ❤️

Before Charng Thai Restaurant, before the life I have now… there was just a little boy from Thailand and his mom trying to make it through life together.

She gave me strength when life was heavy, love when we didn’t have much, and somehow always made things feel okay.

And even today, she is still beside me in this restaurant every single day.

Maybe that’s why every plate we serve will always carry a little piece of home.
