Currently, Champion Gourmet has one USDA plant in San Gabriel, California, and numerous franchises nationwide.
冠軍食品兼持著『味美是我們的特色， 新鮮是我們的準則』的信念在 1989 年底於南加州創立，專門烤製傳統家鄉風味的牛肉乾, 豬肉乾 , 肉條及肉鬆 , 骰子香腸等肉製品，並在隔年春季開創了全美首家台式肉製品專賣店。一般的休閒肉製品均加入相當多的保存劑，致使肉製品的鮮度及口感都大打折扣。冠軍食品公司在創業初期, 配合USDA的供應商，成功的在美國 USDA 法令嚴格規範下, 保持了原肉材的鮮度和口感。今天冠軍食品已獲得新鮮美味的口碑 ，亦證明冠軍食品的堅持，已得到顧客的肯定。時代不斷進步，冠軍食品也不斷的在傳統中求變。冠軍食品將不斷的新異求新, 提供顧客更多樣化的選擇, 推出線上購物, 便利我們的忠實客戶。
