NEWS JUST IN - Right now project food truck is on hold. I was having issues with the food truck, so many issues and just decided that this specific truck was not going to be able to handle the demands of the interest I was getting. This project is on hold right now but it looks like I will be back at the farmers market in Edmond this summer with my english pasties, pies, sausage rolls and scones. I will leave this page open and post when and where I am going to be... I will get English food to you guys one way or another :-)

Spring break for me = getting all finishing touches done to the food truck so that we can finally be mobile. Last week I went to Tulsa for Serv Safe certificate, testing this Thursday... it's all coming together. It's been hard work getting this together while teaching full time but I'm getting there.

WHILE YOU ARE WAITING ON FISH AND CHIPS, CHECK THIS OUT...CHEESE PIE (pastry crust, cheese, potato filling with sautéed red onion, herbs and seasonings) . These were a HUGE HIT on here before and at the Edmond Farmer's market. Pies are 9 inch rounds, serves 3-4 people and cost just $14, Pies will be delivered frozen. The photo of cheese pie is the slice served with tomatoes, it's one of my favorites. I have a farmers market business where I make and sell home made traditional English food. I am originally from England so my food is authentic. Comment below if you want to reserve one. I have 10 available.
