Today was the last time Luis punched the clock at Lean Kitchen. He is leaving behind some very large shoes to fill and will be greatly missed. We are excited to see him advance to his new career endeavor, but we are very sad to see him go.

🧾 If you do the math on what purchasing Lean Kitchen meals would be and compare it to what it will cost you to do the exact same thing yourself, I’m sure it will be very close but sure, maybe slightly more cost effective doing it yourself. And if you’re already consistent & doing this, then you’re winning and that is great! 👏🏼

Many times the excuse people use for not starting a workout plan is that they don’t know what to do. 🤔⁉️ Understandable, as starting out can be intimidating. Here are some recommendations: First off, we would recommend hiring a trainer to help you learn movements and do them safely. If you are unable to afford a trainer, an accountability partner is nice and a great starting point for you would be to start with machines in the gym as they help keep your body on a safe, healthy path during the movements. Additionally, there is PLENTY (actually an overload) of free information right at your fingertips. GOOGLE. 📱 Utilize google. It’s your best friend, especially when starting out. Look up free workout plans for your goal (weight loss/building muscle/etc) and then whenever you have one picked out, google the exercises to learn to do those! 💪🏼🔥 Don’t underestimate yourself & chalk it up as the “I don’t know how” excuse & as a result, you never begin.
