We are closing today at 3pm. Thank you again for all that the City of Guntersville and near by cities have done for us! We have had the great opportunity to meet and serve so many amazing guests. Brian, myself, and our staff will miss you all!

Brian 👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏻 and I send out heartfelt 💕thank you for joining us last night! I very much appreciate the patience of all our wonderful customers as 🧑🏻‍🍳I was the only one in the kitchen cooking last night 😎 and our staff was doing their best to support all the folks that came in. Your patience was priceless! We are on our countdown ⏰ to closing and enjoyed so much to see you !whether you came in to play trivia, have a meal 🥘 with friends and family and say goodbye or if you had no idea we were closing and just came in because we are one of your favorite places to enjoy filling your tummy with great food… We will be open today; Friday for lunch and dinner as usual and dependent upon our food availability hoping to be open for lunch tomorrow, Saturday! We will keep you updated… And thank you again so much for everything that you have brought into the lives of Brian, myself and our staff here at the Boat House 💕

Tonight is our last Trivia night! Starts at 6pm! Would love to see our amazing customers before we start our next chapter in life. We are closing this weekend... Planning Saturday as final day!! We go through seasons in our lives, some better than others… We have been so blessed with most. We have entered our last with the Boat House Restaurant. It is with tremendous difficulty and sorrow that we are announcing the closure of The Boat House Lakeside Bar and Grill.
Brian and I have come to a time in our lives that health and time with our friends and family is the primary consideration in our decision making, often taken for granted We are blessed to have the chance to stop, evaluate and decide the best course of action for us at this time vs. events forcing us one way or another.
We had no idea the love, support, and relationships that we would gain from opening this home away from home. Our success is truly a result of the tremendous loyal patronage of family, friends, customers, community, dependable vendors with the loyal and hardworking staff that have come into our lives.
Brian and I send a huge heartfelt “Thank you” for always bringing a smile to our face when you entered in on our beautiful blue floor with friends and family in tow! We have come to know so many of you and your family as our own.
One of the first steps taking place that is important to Brian and I is to assist our staff in efforts to gain employment in other organizations. They are amazing and are the reason the Boat House was able to deliver the best possible service to you. They are the most dedicated, loving, and experienced staff anyone could wish for when starting such a venture. They have been with us for 2 yrs.! Who does that today?!! They have allowed us to live through babies born, graduations, loss of family, military deployments, and tremendous personal growth with them. They will always be family first! Pain in our butts… but we love them like our own…
Our intended close date will be as September 3rd . The actual date will be dependent on the ability to serve you effectively & staffing. We will keep you updated via our page. Meanwhile we hope that you will come in if able, to see our staff, have a great meal and allow us to say “Thank you” in person.
