TACOCAT is returning as a pop up inside 1880 Tapas & Spirits for lunch (11am to 2pm) on Thursdays & Fridays starting tomorrow, January 22nd.

We’ll post our rotating flavors daily here on Instagram and you are welcome to call and text questions & orders to the TACOCAT line (1880’s phone is not answered until 4pm).

We had some adventures in November that the whole of 1880 is recovering from in December. Since TACOCAT is a passion project for us, we can only get it up and going when everything is operating smoothly. Fingers crossed for a delightful December and returning to tacos in January! Thank you as always for following along and joining us when you can ♥️

We are doing our best to have TACOCAT open consistently for lunch inside 1880 on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays but it’s not going to happen this week. Thank you for understanding!

Your favorite tacos, burritos, rice bowls, crunchies & lunch burger are back next week on Thursday & Friday. And guess what? We’re keeping going all winter!!!

Lunch and the tacos, burritos, rice bowls, and crunchies you all crave will be back next week!
We have every intention of running TACOCAT lunch on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays indefinitely from inside 1880 from 11am to 2pm (yes this means all winter). We will only be closed temporarily (like this) when we are short staffed or out of town.

Turns out you guys really like rice…

Starting tomorrow, 7/24, TACOCAT returns, the only thing missing is the taco truck itself! Get your tacos, burritos, rice bowls, and crunchies for either a casual dine in or to go option. From 11am - 2pm come into the 1880 tapas & spirits space and grab all the goodies you know and love.

You can call the 1880 phone number OR call/text the old TACOCAT number for to go orders.

Have you missed us? 😸

We are now serving classic TACOCAT tacos at 1880 Tapas & Spirits at lunch. Starting tomorrow the classic beef, classic pork, say cheese, BLP and doc, what’s up tacos will be on the menu during lunch inside 1880 as we combine forces to bring you TAPAS & TACOS on Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays 11am to 3:59pm.

All orders should be placed in person at the 1880 counter or via the 1880 phone number, 970-707-4331. Everything will still be super fast and packed to go. Please note, voicemail orders are not accepted and text orders are no longer supported.

One last thing…we are just offering tacos at this time. Burritos, rice bowls & Crunchwraps are not yet available. However other items like 1880 burgers, flatbread and sub sandwiches, etc… will also be available.
