The kava bar has a b**r now. Sort of.

N.A. Chouffe, the Belgian blonde with the gnome on it, now on the menu at all four Muddy Root spots. 0.4%, same glass, same foam, no next-morning.

Kava shell or a Chouffe tonight? 👇

Good coffee does not happen by accident.

Roasting requires experience, patience, and an understanding of how the coffee changes throughout the process. Every decision helps shape what you eventually experience in the aroma, flavor, and finish.

Take a closer look at the craft behind Muddy Root coffee, served across Tampa, St. Pete, Gulfport, and Clearwater.

Send this to someone who always wants to know how their coffee is made.

Every cup has a story, and this part happens at the roastery. ☕

Before the grinding, brewing, and pouring, green coffee is carefully roasted to develop the qualities that make each cup unique.

This is the craft connecting our roastery to Muddy Root locations in Tampa, St. Pete, Gulfport, and Clearwater.

Next time you take that first sip, you will know a little more about how it got there.

You know it’s a good drink when the phone comes out before the first sip.

Craft coffee, kava shells and tap teas, all four Muddy Root spots across Tampa Bay. Come get your photo.
