Getting the opportunity to serve our food at an event like this was an absolute blast. Great music, great people, and one heck of an atmosphere — this is what Gulf Coast nights are all about!

We’re incredibly grateful to Outlaw Oyster Co. for bringing us in and to the Jason Aldean crew for letting Mudbug Mafia be a small part of an awesome night.

🦐🔥 What an Incredible Night at the Monroeville CCA Banquet! 🔥🦐

We were honored to cater this year's Monroeville Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) Banquet, serving an amazing 250 guests with a Southern feast to remember!

Our menu featured:
🦐 150 lbs. of Cajun Boiled Shrimp
🐟 50 lbs. of Fresh Fried Catfish
🫘 Homemade Baked Beans
🥔 Creamy Potato Salad

We had an incredible time serving 150 guests at the Council Family Office event for the Deep Southern Equipment Dealers Association in beautiful Fort Walton Beach, Florida!

Our team brought the full Southern feast, including:
