We are a mobile licensed catering company serving the Southeast offering Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil Catering. Our equipment allows us to boil 2,000 lbs/hr, so we can handle any size boil requested. We would charge per head or by the pound depending on the price of the seafood as that fluctuates, which ever is the best deal for the client at that time. With our boils the price will include the seafood boiled plus any trimmings requested such as corn, potatoes, sausage, portobello mushrooms, etc. We also provide Smoked Beef Brisket, Whole Suckling Pig, and Catfish Dinners. We have tables that are specifically designed for serving our boils. We can also provide and serve on plates if preferred.

✈️🔥 MUD BUG MAFIA IS IN OKLAHOMA! 🔥✈️

We’re in Jenks, Oklahoma at Tulsa Riverside Airport for Flight Fest, and this is a pretty special event to be a part of!

Our friend and customer Mike Lyberger, owner of Total Valve, sponsors Flight Fest to help raise money for the Tulsa Warbirds — a group of retired military guys who own their own warbird aircraft and share a passion for keeping aviation history alive.

These guys don’t just display these incredible planes — they fly them! They take to the skies together and put on an awesome show with formation flying and aerobatics. 🇺🇸✈️

We’re proud to be here firing up the cookers, serving some great food, and supporting an event that brings together aviation, veterans, community, and a great cause.

Huge thanks to Mike Lyberger and Total Valve for having Mud Bug Mafia Catering out to Oklahoma and for supporting the Tulsa Warbirds!

🔥 Good food.
✈️ Badass airplanes.
🇺🇸 American history in the sky.

That sounds like a pretty good day to us!

Tonight we’re throwing down with Venice rolls and steaks hot off the grill. 🔥 Nothing fancy needed when you’ve got good meat, a hot fire, and a crew ready to eat!

A BIG thank you to everyone at H&T Valve for having us out and trusting Mudbug Mafia to bring a little Gulf Coast flavor to Oklahoma!
