Wife and the team spent weeks planning a party to celebrate the top 10 announcement. 🥹

It got canceled because no one has power, including the restaurant we were gonna have it at. The only thing that didn't get canceled was the cake we ordered.

The shop misspelled "congratulations" though

I think I like this better 🤣

Life never happens how we plan. Sometimes a congratulations is a congregation. Cake is cake though 😋

We just got home again and got as much done as we could. We really wanted to be open ASAP to feed the community. Unfortunately Generator and slicer are cooked.

Power is out so all our food is spoiled besides the small amount we were able to save 🙃

That puts us reopening earliest on Tuesday if power is able to be restored before Monday.

Ozzy our pupper is very happy about this news

All told we were incredibly lucky. We came very close to being put out of business and although we're disappointed we can't feed the community right now, we're still very thankful we'll be able to feed y'all in the future ❤️

So we're still deciding whether or not to be open during the hurricane. It's a hard decision. As a lifelong Floridian, the best meal I ever had was during a hurricane.

But that restaurant was a brick building and ours is a food truck made out of the same stuff as a baked bean can.

Most of the team wants to work, I don't want them to 🙄 I love working during storms, something calming about it for sure.
