**WE ARE OFFICIALLY CLOSING THE DOORS TO OUR HOME KITCHEN.** 🥲💔

Guadalupe will always have a place in our hearts. We pray everyone in Guadalupe serving food continues to succeed and thrive.

We did our time. We met the entire city, including the mayor. We served thousands and thousands of pizzas. Mexiforno built a legacy from our home. We brought people together and supported local businesses along the way.

We never did this for the money. We did it to feed people something different better quality pizza, an authentic fusion of Italy and Mexico. If another pandemic ever hit, we’d open our doors again without hesitation. This was always about our community, about feeding neighbors and being there for people.

Our Mexican fusion pizza inspired others in the pizza world, and our home became more than a house it became a pizza shop. Late nights, early mornings, drained bank accounts, and six years of giving everything we had for you guys.

We can never thank everyone enough. It hurts to close the doors to something the entire Central Coast came to know and love… but it’s time for the next chapter. I wish we didn’t have to say goodbye. ✌🏼

**Starting next month, Mexiforno is hitting the road.** 🚛
We’ll officially begin our route throughout SLO County with public food truck sales. Stay tuned for updates we are also working on a SB county wide license..

**This isn’t the end. It’s just a new beginning.**

Our San Luis Obispo County food trailer facility has secured official approval for public sales. Concurrently, our mobile food facility awaits permit approval from Santa Barbara County. Upon completion, our unit will be eligible to participate in various public events, including breweries, wineries, and farmers' markets. We invite you to join us for our Grand Opening Ceremony. After six years of dedication, our dream of owning a mobile food facility with pizza ovens has finally come to fruition. Now booking for 2026-2027 events 🙏🏾
