Due to the extreme heat we will NOT be opening at Elaine’s Boutique today!! The temps in the food trailer got up to 112 yesterday and our generator was shutting off due to getting too hot trying to run the trailer so we will not be opening today to ensure that our equipment isn’t damaged beyond repair and requiring to be replaced. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Just like the donut place, if our “hot light” is on we got em hot and ready!!!

Unfortunately we have been informed that they have decided to cancel the food trucks for tomorrow nights game at Southern Gap High School due to parking concerns.

So who wants us tomorrow evening? Preferably close to or on the way to the football game 😉

I have supplies ordered to pickup tomorrow day so we’re not available during the day.

We’re here at Elaine’s Boutique today until 5pm or later!! Come get your lunch or pickup dinner on the way home!!

Since I’ve been asked a few times if I have it, I thought I would ask on here to see how much of a response I would get. If I started to have BBQ pork available, how likely would my customers be to purchasing BBQ pork sandwiches?

Keep in mind, I’m not a BBQ trailer so it would be an item I purchase and cook to serve on the trailer. I have tried it and it is good it’s just not MY product, I’d be letting someone else make it and I serve it.

Please let me know for when I order supplies again I can get some.
