Sublease opportunity available. Balance of 41 months on contract. Rent is $3,000 per month with a negotiable reduction of $1,000 per month. Despite paying more in rent than the building's purchase price and having multiple other tenants, the landlord is not currently willing to collaborate on terms.

Today marks a tough day for Chads. We have made the tough decision to close our doors in Grundy Center. We are grateful from the bottom of our hearts to everyone that supported us. We still have our Cedar Falls location open and ready to serve you.

Unfortunately, we now fall under a statistic that nearly 80% of restaurants fail within the first 5 years, that’s 4 out of 5 restaurants!

We look forward to serving you in Cedar Falls and several surrounding bars that carry our frozen pizzas!
