Cowabunga, dudes. 🐢🍻

Last week’s trivia champions, Always A Bridesmaid, didn’t just show up… they rolled in dressed like the Ninja Turtles and absolutely dominated the TMNT round like they trained in the sewers beneath New York. Between the masks, the shell shirts, and a suspiciously high knowledge of Vanilla Ice’s “Ninja Rap,” it quickly became clear the rest of the room never stood a chance.

By the end of the night, they claimed the Golden Growler, secured the bragging rights, and proved once and for all that pizza-powered knowledge is real.

🎗️🔥 CENTRAL COAST — LET’S SHOW UP FOR FRANKIE 🔥🎗️

This is more than just a fundraiser. This is a community coming together for one of our own.

Frankie is currently battling glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer, and on Saturday, May 30 from 4–7 PM, we’re filling ManRock Brewing with good food, live music, cold beer, silent auction items, and a whole lot of love and support for Frankie and his family. ❤️

🎟️ BBQ plates are $20🍗 Half BBQ chicken, salad, beans & bread💵 Cash only⚠️ We strongly encourage purchasing tickets ahead of time at ManRock Brewing — we cannot guarantee plates will be available day of event.

A massive thank you to the incredible local businesses helping make this happen:

🥩 Spencer’s Fresh Market is generously donating all of the food for the BBQ fundraiser.

🍰 will be donating a fresh, from-scratch cheesecake for the silent auction.

🩷 is donating two dozen freshly made macarons for auction.

🎸 We’ll also have live music ( ), a dedicated fundraiser keg, “Fight For Frankie” hats, and amazing silent auction items — including this killer guitar.

We watched this community rally around Mike during his kidney journey, and now we’re doing it again for Frankie. That’s what the Central Coast does. We show up. We support. We fight together.

Another week, another battle for the Golden Growler. 🍻

Last Thursday’s Crowd Picks Trivia turned into absolute chaos in the best possible way. From English Renaissance scholars to medical masterminds, the room stayed locked in all night long. But when the dust settled, only two teams remained standing: The Resistance and We Thought This Was Bingo.

The score tightened until it nearly snapped. A tie loomed over the brewery. The Growler hung in the balance. Then came the final showdown…

🎬 Movie Moms.

Somewhere between cinematic trauma, motherly wisdom, and pure trivia instinct, The Resistance managed to pull ahead and claim victory before the Bingo crew could force another legendary tiebreaker.

The Growler has a new guardian.

But peace never lasts long around here.

The dust has finally settled from last week’s trivia night and after an absolute battle between Team Turbo and the Know It Ales, the Golden Growler stayed hanging in the balance until the very end.

Locked in a tie, both teams were thrown into sudden death with one final question:

“What is the maximum capacity of Dodger Stadium?”

Somewhere between baseball knowledge, panic, and pure trivia instinct, Team Turbo came out on top and claimed the Growler for themselves. The Know It Ales put up a fight worthy of trivia lore, but only one team could survive the tiebreaker chaos.

Tonight, we do it all again with another round of Crowd Picks Trivia — chosen by the players themselves. This week’s lineup dives into:
