Today’s feature is the famous Umi Carpaccio! Delicious Ono is topped with ponzu, ikura, tobico, shiso, and ponzu. Roll up your bite with the house made avocado mash (That ones a secret recipe. This might be the fan favorite. Nothing gets better than a crispy, fried and fresh veggie to start off your meal. We always keep it traditional with carrot, potato, onion, and zucchini. We also like to throw in some local and seasonal choices like acorn squash, yam, or asparagus. That fun crunchy fan on top? Enoki mushroom!

What exactly is a futomaki? Futo (or “fat”) maki is a traditional roll typically filled with fresh vegetables and wrapped in seaweed. Our futomaki starts with sweet sushi rice spread with a thin layer of masago. Then - we include tomago (sweet egg), kanpyo (pickled pumpkin), cucumber, gobo (pickled burdock root), and daikon sprouts! DAY 1 : PANORAMA
Stacked to towering perfection, this dish is an absolute icon for Umi’s. We start off with sushi rice sprinkled with furikake, pack on fresh tuna and avocado, and top with more rice and tobiko. Adding the finishing touches - it receives a crown of ikura, uni, and edible gold. A drizzle of Young’s triple berry sauce and wasabi dressing provides a sweet and subtlety spicy blend to balance the entire dish. Your final reward? Those gorgeous salmon roses to soak up all that sauce!
