50 years worth celebrating!🥂

On Saturday, we had the honor of serving 228 plated, three-course meals for Park Place’s 50th Anniversary celebration at The BEV in Osceola. From table linens to chargers, glassware, & flatware, our team was proud to help bring the full place setting together.

28 tables. 17 staff. One beautiful evening celebrating 50 incredible years of making a difference in our community.

Last night, we welcomed our wedding industry friends for our annual Industry Preview Tasting—featuring a family-style dinner, three interactive dessert stations, coffee, cocktails, and the unveiling of our new logo as we step into our rebrand.

It’s been a BUSY few weeks, and as we head into fall wedding season, we know it’s only about to get busier! 🍂

But before we dive headfirst into the season, we had to pause and reflect on last month’s style shoot + venue showcase at Heller Hall in Winter Garden! We loved working alongside an amazing vendor team, getting to serve some of our own friendors as guests, and even connecting with one of our upcoming brides in person. 🤍

For this one, we crafted an unforgettable interactive dining experience featuring our Don Don Bowls! Guests got to build their own bowl from the base up—choosing their base, protein, and toppings to create a meal completely their own. 🍚🥢

Because catering doesn’t have to be one-size-fits-all. Sometimes, the best meals are the ones you get to make your own.
Here’s to a busy (and delicious) fall wedding season! 🥂
