That’s a wrap, folks. We sold out Friday at 3:30pm, so we’re now officially closed.

Many thanks to everyone who stopped by, especially those who went out of their way just to wish us well. The kindness and prayers are truly appreciated. We don’t know what the future holds, but we’ll always keep our hearts and minds open to new possibilities.

Remember to businesses; you really are someone’s bread and bread. They cannot survive without their community.

It is with a heavy heart that I regret to inform you that I will be closing Parker’s Parlor in downtown Grove City on Saturday, August 29th, 2026. This was not an easy decision to make, however it is the best decision for our family at this time. We have made so many friends of our customers over the past couple of years that I’ll truly be sorry to no longer see. It has been a both a struggle and a joy running this little hometown ice cream parlor, but it’s time to come to an end.

I sincerely thank everyone who’ve supported me over the past two years and I’m extremely thankful for your business, especially carrying me through the long winters and rainy seasons.

We will maintain our summer schedule until the last day, therefore if you have any outstanding gift certificates, please be sure to see me before I leave as I will be unable to honor them after closing.

Again, thank you so much to all our patrons. We will sincerely miss you.
