In 2001, B**g and Marin Sen began serving fresh Khmer (Cambodian) food at the Ithaca Farmer's Market. The food has grown in popularity with its many vegetarian options such as home-made tofu (soy beans bought from local area farmers). The Veggie Cake, the Chicken Ahmok and the Khmer Pancake have become favorites at the Ithaca Farmer's Market and the Ithaca Festivals.
