Hard to believe our final day is here. As we reflect on this time, it is crazy to think how we opened Hillside Hearth in the midst of the Covid pandemic in 2020. We had no idea what to expect, we just knew we wanted to make delicious products from the best ingredients. As time went on, the team and the business changed, but our quality of product never wavered. We hope that over the course of our run, you’ve been able to enjoy fresh bread, a freshly baked cookie, some epic quiche, or a delicious sandwich from our tiny team of two. Our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye to our beloved regulars and the space. Thank you Grosse Pointe for the support over the last five years.
