It’s hard to believe we’re approaching a year and a half since opening Pangea Global Kitchen.

A few days up north with family gave us a much-needed chance to slow down, recharge, and gain some clarity around the challenges that come with building a small business. 🚧👷🫣etc…

More than anything, it reminded me how grateful I am—for our incredible employees, our loyal customers, and the community that has embraced us from the very beginning.

We came home rested, re-energized, and even more appreciative of what we’ve built together.
