We’re kicking off the holiday weekend with some FRIDAY FLAVOR!!! We’re bringing back two ABSOLUTE BANGERS to defeat your appetite! First up we celebrate the return of the Chicago Style Hot Dog Po’ Boy, made with a 1/4 lb all beef frank, tomato, pickle, neon relish, guindilla peppers, curly endive, mustard & poppy seed. This one has been a fan favorite, come find out for yourself. We’ve also brought back the Fried Mortadella Sandwich, made with imported mortadella, provolone & dijonnaise, stacked by a Rising Stars Academy Kaiser Roll. This one sold out in record time when we had it last, so get on up quick if you want to see what the fuss is all about. The holiday weekend starts now, GET SOME!!

WE’RE BACK AT IT!!!

Pop up tonight and beat the heat with our new frozen cocktail, the Agua Fresca Bebida. Made with vodka, elderflower liqueur, salted watermelon cordial, cucumber-lime cordial and lemon, the beauty is equal parts delicious, refreshing and dangerous. So basically it’s perfect for the swampiness that has overtaken us. See you tonight!

FLAVOR FRIDAY IS HERE and we’ve got two features tonight that will DOMINATE YOUR TASTEBUDS!!! First up we got this banging plate of Octopus Puttanesca, made with bucatini, olives, garlic, anchovy, capers, San Marzano tomato, parsley and bread crumbs. TOTAL FLAVOR BOMB! Next we’ve got a Curry Fried Catfish Sandwich, made with curried tomato, broccoli rabe and herb-scallion yogurt, all sandwiched between a Rising Stars Academy brioche bun. Trust us when we say this bad boy is a MONSTER, both in size and flavor. The bar is rocking, the kitchen is rolling, and we’re all ready to help you get your weekend started. Come get some lovin!!!

Fall cocktails are coming and we’re kicking it off with the return of the Yellow Mellow Gold. Made with yellow bell pepper infused vodka, elote liqueur, lime, house Michigan sweet corn syrup and orange bitters, this puppy is absolutely crushable. Sweet corn season only lasts so long, so pop on up and try one or three of these before it’s outta here!

It’s Friday and it’s TIME FOR FLAVOR!!! First up we’ve got an absolutely delicious plate of Braised Octopus, made with a red chili sauce, green rice congee, avocado crema and cilantro. The flavor is out of this world and there is just enough heat to make you reach for your drink. And then take another bite. And another drink. You get the picture. Next we’ve got an absolutely old school banger in this Fried Mortadella Sandwich, made with imported pistachio mortadella, provolone and dijonnaise, all stacked between a Rising Stars Academy Kaiser Roll. It’s everything you want and more! There’s limited quantities tonight so both features are DINE IN ONLY. Swing through tonight and treat yourself to some FRIDAY FLAVOR!!!
