Michigan tomatoes are at their peak… so how could we not??🍅✈️

Tomato Week is landing at API!

Fresh Michigan tomatoes, corn, peppers, fruit and basil... locally grown and coming from Michigan farmers while the getting is GOOD.

And when it’s this fresh, it doesn’t need to be fancy or overly executed to be really darn good (Kind of like us.🤣😎)

Everybody has their favorite way to eat a Michigan tomato, and we weren’t about to pick just one. So consider this our flight of some classics, but with a little API twist of course!🍅😉

Think fresh tomato sandwich. An old school stuffed tomato with tuna salad. Margherita pizza. Garden caprese salad/wrap And because this is the Airport Inn, naturally a couple of those tomatoes found their way behind the bar too.🍸 Ever had a fresh tomato martini?? Um let's just say if August we're a drink, this would be it!!

Thanks to our friends at Gracias' Greenhouse we’re getting fresh, locally grown Michigan tomatoes, green onions and peppers straight into the API kitchen.

Local ingredients = Five-Star Dive Bar food.

Burgers, wraps, subs, salads, fried favorites - nothing overly fancy. Just good food, done really well. 5-Star Dive Bar standards. 😎🍔

Full + part-time available. Must be able to work days, nights and weekends. Experience and a solid work ethic are a must. Competitive pay based on experience.
