So, my grandson asked if could make a watermelon cake. I told him I wouldn't think so because there is too much water in the fruit. THEN I came across a recipe that gives the cake the fruit flavor by using watermelon Jell-O. PERFECT! So here's his Watermelon Cake. Lady is not the greatest cake decorator, but I hope you enjoy, Rowdy!
