Fair Food Wednesday is here, and all four of our Iowa State Fair menu items are being served RIGHT NOW at our restaurant in Grimes!

SURPRISE! We’re throwing a Fair Food Wednesday! 🍽️🌽🎡

We know a lot of you were sad to see the fair food go, so we figured… why not bring it back for one more day?👀

TOMORROW (08/26), we’re serving all four of our 100% gluten-free fair menu items at our restaurant in Grimes. Same food, same containers, same presentation and the same prices you paid at the fair.

We’ll have everything starting when we open at 11 AM and will keep serving it until we sell out!

So if you missed out on something at the fair, or you already know you need that fair food fix one more time, come see us tomorrow in Grimes!! Dine in only.

The 2026 Iowa State Fair is officially over, and we couldn’t be more proud of this year ❤️

To everyone who came to see us at the fair this year, thank you. We had such a great 11 days, and getting to share it with all of you is what makes the Iowa State Fair so special for us. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who stopped by and supported us this year.

And because of that support, we got to take home Best New Food at the 2026 Iowa State Fair for our Porky Parm Gnocchi! We put a lot of thought into creating our fair menu every year, so seeing the response to the gnocchi and the rest of our menu was more than we could have asked for.

We also have to give a HUGE thank you to our staff. The team at the fair put in some seriously long hours, while our team back home at the restaurant in Grimes kept everything running. We heard countless comments about how efficient our team was, even during the busiest days and longest lines, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the hard work and positive attitudes they brought every single day.

It was a pretty incredible year for us, and we’re so glad you were a part of it.

IT'S THE LAST DAY OF THE IOWA STATE FAIR!! 🎡🌽

So much hard work, dedication, and excitement goes into preparing our trailer and staff for the Iowa State Fair, and somehow, we're already at the end!

Come see us one last time and try our four 100% gluten-free menu items: Porky Parm Gnocchi, Midway Melonade, Mozza-tini Sticks, and the Lobster Corn Dog! 🦞🍽️
