Yoder's Dutch Pantry We’re a small bakery in the country with a few seats for dining but a huge heart for our guests! Lunch specials are served daily, Monday-Friday.

Welcome to Yoder's Dutch Pantry...a small Mennonite run cafe where we bring you country cookin' and baked goods fresh from our bakery! On Saturday we serve breakfast all day so no one has to miss out on their French Toast with Homemade Butter Syrup! Specialty baked goods and quantities over a dozen can be ordered the day before pickup. Be sure to come in, browse our assortment of bulk foods and spices and visit the general store next door. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Now friends, if you're gonna serve hash brown casserole in North Carolina, there ought to be a law that says you have to make a pilgrimage to Yoder's Dutch Pantry first.

Because over in Grifton, they have set the standard.

I don't know that potatoes, cream, cheese and a handful of well kept secrets have ever gathered in a more perfect arrangement than what arrives in this humble bowl.

It's rich without being heavy. Hot, creamy, and just the right kind of gooey. Equally at home beside a plate of eggs at sunrise as it is alongside supper when the day is done.

You take one bite and realize this isn't some afterthought tossed together to fill space on a menu.

No, this is what happens when folks refuse to cut corners. When recipes are measured not just with cups and spoons, but with patience, pride, and the understanding that simple food deserves the same respect as anything fancy.

And goodness gracious, it shows in every comforting bite.
