The Sound of Hospitality 🎶✨

Today, we had the incredible privilege of bringing together leaders from across the hospitality industry for a day filled with inspiration, connection, and meaningful conversations.

We listened to stories of humble beginnings, the journeys that shaped extraordinary leaders, the challenges that brought them here, and the passion that continues to drive them forward.

And through it all, we were reminded of something truly special: hospitality is so much more than an industry. It’s about people, purpose, and the impact we have on one another.

What began as a vision became a day we will never forget.

In 1994, La Parrilla opened its very first doors in Marietta with a dream of creating a place centered around great food, genuine hospitality, and community.

More than 30 years later, we are incredibly honored that our Marietta Square location has received a Certificate of Appreciation from Cobb County Government, recognizing exceptional leadership and contributions to empowering our community during the 2026 Hispanic Heritage Month celebration. ❤️

As a company founded by two young Colombian men who believed deeply in hard work, hospitality, and giving back to the communities we serve, this recognition holds a very special place in our hearts.

To Cobb County, our incredible team members, and the generations of guests who have supported us since 1994, thank you for allowing us to grow alongside this community and be part of its story.

From one restaurant in Marietta to the La Parrilla family we are today, we will never forget where it all started 🌵
