☕ WE’RE HIRING: FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER ☕
The Pod is looking for a friendly, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Front of House Manager to join our team in Gretna!
This is a hands on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys working with people, and isn’t afraid to jump in alongside the team. Our FOH Manager will work as a barista while also helping lead our staff and keep the day-to-day front of house running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Takes initiative and has a strong eye for cleanliness & detail
• Is friendly, confident, and provides excellent customer service
• Can lead, support, and hold a small team accountable
• Stays organized and calm in a busy environment
• Is dependable and communicates well
• Has previous café, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer-service experience
• Has leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training and support, daily cash management, catering & event coordination, maintaining opening/closing processes, and maintaining our high standards for hospitality and cleanliness.
Compensation: Base $15 an hour + eligible tips
