That little Thai SELECT seal at on our door means a lot to the team at Thai D Jing.

It isn’t a local award. It isn’t something you buy. And it isn’t just a nice logo for the window.

Thai SELECT is an official recognition from the Royal Thai Government for restaurants outside Thailand that meet its standards for authentic Thai cuisine — from ingredients and preparation to flavor and overall quality.

In other words:

Thailand checked the homework. 🇹🇭

And Thai D-Jing has been a Thai SELECT award recipient since opening in August 2020.

For Chef Suda, authenticity isn’t a trend or a marketing word. It’s her food, her culture and the way she has cooked from day one.

Truly talented.
Kind — genuinely, deeply kind.
An award-winning chef.
A business owner.
An animal lover.
A gardener extraordinaire.
A boss.
And, based on the amount she somehow gets done in a day, possibly part unicorn. 🦄

But the part you don’t always see when the food hits the table?

She works incredibly hard.
