Due to the extreme heat and the heavy wildfire smoke expected over the next few days, we're making a few temporary changes to keep our team safe.

Our plan is to return to our regular hours on Friday, as long as conditions improve.

🥶 Well... today's plot twist is that our salad line decided it wanted to be an ice rink.

Our prep fridge has officially become a prep freezer. Water bottles? Frozen. Lettuce? Frozen. Pretty much everything is frozen.
As much as we'd love to introduce our new "Iceberg Salad" special, we're going to pass. 😅

Salad Heroes will be opening late today while we get this sorted out. We'll post another update as soon as we have an opening time.
Thanks for hanging in there with us. We promise the salads will be crisp, not frozen! 🥗💚
