Thank you everyone for all the prayers , visits, phone calls and sharing your precious memories of my dad! This thing called grief is tough! The absolute worst thing is pulling down the driveway & he’s not there anymore. He’s always been there! His animals are all looking for him! And that’s a lot! Not sure how we are going to make it over here at Satterfield Acres! He’s all over this place! Now his animals are something else too😳Did I mention everything loved my daddy? He even had skunk friends 😩

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Laurenda’s father, Marvin Satterfield. He was a beloved, father, grandfather, and member of this community.

As we take time to grieve, be together and pay our respects, Laurenda’s Family Restaurant will be closed on Wednesday, August 5. We will post updates for any other schedule and hour changes.

We appreciate all the love, prayers and support for our family that we have received from customers. Your kindness means more than words can express during this difficult time.
