To everyone that have asked what has happened to the trailer, I have moved locations with my primary job and had to adjust to some personal matters. Persimmons has been put in storage will be doing special events for now. Please keep following and I will post updates about events and also share pictures of my dishes.

Just to share, we are really cooking down here at Persimmons.
This is what's called the trinity ( bell peppers, celery, and onion). The base of many good things!!!!
