We make pretty much everything from scratch in our kitchens, made by students to further their education in the culinary field. You can reserve tables for a party, or just walk in. We are open on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11:30 to 1:30. Every Friday is buffet day! The menu for buffet day changes every week, you never know what your gonna have.

Happy Food Truck Fight Day! We’re excited to kick things off at 5:30 PM and wrap up around 7:00 PM. Please review a few important reminders before arriving:

This event is officially sold out, and tickets will not be available for purchase at the door.
Please follow the posted signage for event entry. Depending on parking availability, guests may enter through the open garage door at the back of the commons or through the main commons entrance.
Be sure to check in upon arrival to receive your two voting tickets, which can be used to vote for Best Food and Best Food Truck Design.
Additional voting tickets will be available for purchase at the check-in tables for $0.25 each, cash only, please.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! 🎉 We are officially SOLD OUT for our first-ever Food Truck Fight! Our students have been hard at work perfecting their dishes this week, and they’re ready to bring the heat. We can’t wait to show you what they’ve got—see you May 12th!

We’re already halfway sold out—these tickets are going faster than fresh fries at lunch rush! Ticket sales close May 4th, so don’t wait too long to grab yours.

Wondering what you get? Your ticket is basically a golden pass: entry to the event, samples from all eight food trucks, two voting tickets to crown your favorites, and extra refreshments to keep you going. Come hungry—you’ll want to try it all!

Restaurant Update: We will be canceling our May 1st restaurant day as we prepare for an exciting new opportunity led by our advanced culinary students. We’re thrilled to introduce our very first Food Truck Fundraiser Night—an event that will showcase our students’ skills, creativity, and passion for the culinary arts.
