Born out of the Yak & Yeti Indian & Nepalese restaurant, Spice Trade has been brewing culinary driven and award-winning beer since 2008 prior to expanding into its flagship, stand-alone brewpub in 2020. With an ingredient driven, from scratch approach, Spice Trade serves a range of food and drink which focuses on a different global cuisine every 3 months. This summer we released three new core b**rs and have more on the way for fall! (We've got pumpkin and big b**rs on our minds)

Frost Giant Hazy Double IPA is an exploration of experimental hop varietal HBC 630 and has tasting notes of candied peaches, raspberries, and fresh cherries.

Willow Wheat is our new Hefeweissen that we lagered post-fermentation for some added crispness. Tasting notes of banana, clove, and bubble gum.

The Slammer is our tropical Goose brewed with passion fruit, tangerine, Cara Cara oranges, and guava.

We've been missing a proper Hef for quite a while, and we're happy to announce that we just tapped Willow Wheat! It's an extremely light, sessionable hefeweissen that clocks in at around 4.5% ABV. We're rolling out some Kalua Pork Tacos this week! Our pork is seasoned with sea salt, wrapped in banana leaves, and slow smoked for 12 hours. Served ala carte on warm corn tortillas and topped with house made pico de gallo and jalapeno cilantro slaw. They're just $10 for two tacos and they are ridiculously delicious! We heard you wanted some desserts on the menu, so our culinary team has prepared a delicious Butter Mochi w/ Toasted Coconut for you to enjoy! This dessert is decadent, flavorful, and it's texturally phenomenal! It's served warm with some ice cream to cool it all down and it pairs perfectly with our Coco Puff Milk Stout! We've got a new appetizer special! Chef Josh has put together an unbelievably flavorful N'Duja Toast! Creamy Burrata cheese topped with savory and spicy N'Duja, house made Giardeniera, and a balsamic reduction served over sourdough toast with marinated rainbow tomatoes! It's packed with flavor and perfect for the summer weather. What is N'Duja? Great question. It's a spread made from Italian salami and Calabrian chile.

Frost Giant Double Hazy IPA releases today at 2pm! (We know we said 1pm. Stuff happens.). This b**r clocks in at 8% and it's bursting with hop character from experimental cryo hops HBC 630 and Nelson Sauvignon. It has tasting notes of candied peaches with a little cherry and raspberry, and it's got flavor that would knock the socks off of Thor himself! (Yes, we think that Thor wears socks. It's Norse mythology canon. Everyone knows it) 2:00pm! 2:00pm! 2:00pm!

We're phasing out some of our core b**rs to make room for a brand new catalog of Spice Trade Brewing Company anchors! While we loved Scooter Gang Double Hazy IPA, we felt like now is the perfect time to do something new and exciting! We've brought some unique hop varietals to the center stage for this BRAND NEW Double Hazy IPA, which we'll be announcing TOMORROW MORNING and then tapping at 1pm! We just tried it, and we think you're really going to love it! Come on down!
