Breakfast burritos just got a Denver-meets-Italy makeover.

At Oliver's Italian in Greenwood Village, Sean Huggard, owner, took Colorado's favorite handheld and gave it a full Sicilian glow-up. Think local Italian sausage, pesto-scrambled eggs, burrata, and a sauce swap you won't see coming. He admits he was skeptical at first... until one bite changed his mind.
