what are they?
well first of all, contrary to their name, they are actually extremely tender juicy pieces of beef.
Burnt Ends come from the tip of the brisket, so there are only two points per cow (making them very pricey & hard to get).

We slow smoke ours for over 15 hours rendering out most of the fat and making them melt in your mouth delicious 🤤.

Come and taste for yourself the next time you’re in the DTC or Westminster area (where our sister BBQ restaurant Elevated Q is).

……but come early, they sell out almost daily!!
