The Party Pavillion is availble for Childrens Parties - Strictly Childrens Parties. No Adult parties, beverages or other Adult interests allowed on site.
Process is Simple
-Call the ICM & reserve the pavillion
- No purchase required
- No event fee
- No strings attached
- the only thing we insist on is that you clean up after the party & leave it as you found it .

Now Accepting Reservations. The pavillion area will be pressure washed & set up by this Friday .

Good Morning ICM peeps!

We always WELCOME & APPRECIATE Constructive Criticism.

You are the judge & jury of our product. This year we made a big & expensive leap into the highest butter fat base available in Upstate NY. We did this because Quality Matters Most .
We do not serve Ice Cream with a candy focus. Our focus is & will always be the quality of our Homemade Ice Cream.

Yesterday we had several complaints that one of our flavors came up short on what it should be AND it was. The tub was tossed & we will inspect the others immediately. Totally Unacceptable !

We have implemented a lot of changes & will continue to focus & grow the ICM brand. If you are not fully satisfied please let us know & we will quickly make a correction.

In my opinion there are not a lot of reasons to go to Scotia NY until NOW

Scotia Sweets is the absolute Greatest Bake Shop & Everything Else bake related place in Upstate NY.

We heard stories about the excellence & made the drive ........a long drive.
SOLD OUT
We relunctantly made the drive again & BOOM ............Baking Magnificience.
Was it worth two trips & 3 hours total in the car ?
