Locally owned by Jen Cushing, the Village Cafe is staffed by hard-working locals who make and bake the great dining experience you get downtown. We make great homemade food the way it should be done without shortcuts. Our pancakes, waffle and french toast batters are all from scratch and we have local Mapleland pure maple syrup to go along with them. Pies are all made 100% on site from scratch, as well as our fun assortment of other baked goods you find here. We use Thomas Poultry Farm fresh eggs, Battenkill Valley Creamery milks, and (in season) Winney’s Blueberries.
