Thanks for a great season which has gone by too quickly. Already it’s back to school for the three of us. Thanks to our loyal regulars and scores of new visitors who heard about our little waffle joint in our little town. From Sturgis, South Dakota to London, England, visitors left our town happy with a promise to return. We shall miss our loyal locals, and the memorable conversations and relationships formed with them under the neons and over pots of coffee has truly been an honor and kind of legacy stuff in our careers. They are the legacies, our hometown kin.
Since our new launch in January, we already exceeded expectations, and demand for expanded hours of operation could not keep up with our search for talented leaders, and when they came along, we exceeded one-year projections in just a matter of months while running only one shift. Our three employees carried the weight of six at times, and every crepe they folded, every coffee they poured, every latte they steamed, and every customer they greeted, showed that they are leaders of companies whose character makes them the finest representatives of our diner and town. They led to a record-breaking year.

With success and momentum, we already anticipate 2026 with new events like the Greaser Spoon car show and rockabilly event, new food and coffee specials, extended hours & a rockin, unparalleled lunch menu, breakfast w/ a guest speaker series, Coffee & Donuts w/ the Cops, our first TV commercial, and even live music.
