~Poor Dads. ๐ They're always getting picked on, right? They make Dad jokes, they wear Dad high socks,๐งฆ they sit around in Dad's old brown chair. They fix stuff with duct tape and super glue.
They do Dad stuff. But you know what...when you need them, they're there. And if they're not, another Dad is waiting to fill in. It's how good Dads were made to be. There when you need them. And we need them. ๐
โจ๐Now, more than ever, this world needs our dads to show up and to stand tall. To show the way to a generation that is looking for a little direction in a topsy-turvy world.
The former Amish girls we serve at New Beginnings might think of us that way. They know they can count on us when they need a hand up. To give a bit of advice when nothing makes sense. And to step back when they need to do it themselves.
That's what good Dads do. Good Dads do Dad stuff. And we love you for it!
