Hinoki unites relaxed tapas-style Asian cuisine known as Izakaya with an exclusive chef's table experience known as Omakase in a casual, fine dining atmosphere on Greenwich Avenue in Connecticut. The menu features several types of Asian-inspired cuisines as sharable appetizers and main dishes. These distinctive cuisines are reimagined with an elegant twist by skilled chefs from some of the most pr

estigious restaurants in the world. Top-quality ingredients are sourced from the best distributors, purveyors, and markets including Tsukiji in Japan. Hinoki uses three indoor dining areas that provide a modern yet sophisticated ambiance along with comfortable outdoor seating. A private event space includes a traditional sushi bar where highly skilled chefs guide guests on a one-of-a-kind epicurean journey. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, offerings also include a premiere beverage program created by a celebrated local mixologist. Hinoki was designed and brought to life by an award-winning team with family-owned restaurants located in New York and Connecticut.
