How is it the last week of August already?!
The last week of August means different things to different people. For us it means it's the last week of the Vegan Chef Challenge and last chance to get our Monte Cristo (pictured) and Sweet Corn Cheezecake!!!

Beginning August 2nd at Sunday Brunch, and continuing all month long, we'll have the MONTE CRISTO with smoked ham & turkey, house-made Swiss cheeze, raspberry jam, French toast-battered and grilled white bread with powdered sugar dusting,
**AND**
SWEET CORN CHEEZECAKE with toasted walnut-coconut crust and peach compote topping.

🌈HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US 💪🏻
Today marks 6 years since we took the wheel of We Got The Beets food truck. In that time we've had many ups and downs - triumph, pride and joy mixed with sweat, tears and tow trucks...The truck is literally at the mechanic right now, which honestly feels very "on-brand" at this point 🙃 Somehow, though, we always persevere. As LGBTQ owners, resilience is baked into our DNA. There's also our amazing community that has shown us so much love and support over the years! So today, on our 6 year anniversary and last day of Pride month, we are celebrating the heaps of grit and little bit of magic that keeps all our dreams alive and rolling ✨
