✨ Our doors are open—and our hearts are full. 🇨🇴

Since our soft opening on September 5, our neighbors, friends, family, and community have shown up for us in ways we never imagined—all before we officially announced that we were open.

The love, encouragement, and thoughtful feedback we’ve received over these first two weekends have been truly overwhelming. Gracias, de todo corazón.

We’re still in our soft-opening season: carefully fine-tuning the details, completing our team, and preparing to give you the full Cositas Ricas experience. Our restaurant is open, our bakery is welcoming guests with a growing selection as we work toward offering our complete pastry menu, and our mini market will be opening soon.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and grace as we continue bringing this vision to life. Every visit, kind word, and recommendation means more to us than you know.
