Exciting News!

As we prepare for a new chapter in our lives, we want to share that we are closing Paris Mountain Roasting Co. This decision comes as we welcome the arrival of a new family member.

We’re incredibly grateful for your support and patronage over the years. Thank you for being a part of our journey. We look forward to sharing more updates as we embark on this new adventure, and to hopefully fulfill the long term dream of having a stable location for our roaster and cafe.

What are we roasting right now?

Recently our two main staples at markets have been our are Ethiopian and Papua New Guinea roast!!

Ethiopian is our owners FAVORITE! It’s a strong coffee with hints of lemon, vanilla, and honey (great for espresso)! 🍋🍯

Papua New Guinea is our other coffee sold right now and is packing the flavor with hints of chocolate, cherry (great for that slow morning) 🍫🍒
