Last week, we had the honor of serving Parker's Barbecue to North Carolina Congressman Don Davis in Washington, DC!

Special thanks to Graham Boyd with NC Agriculture and the NC Pork Council for inviting Parker's to bring our whole hog BBQ all the way to the nation's capital for this great event. Getting to represent eastern North Carolina up in DC is something we won't take for granted.

We presented the congressman with one of our ECU/Parker's BBQ hats and one of our company devotion books. It was a great day. 🇺🇸

We're set up at Carlie C's in Goldsboro today, and we'd love for you to come see us!!

Swing by the table for a taste of our sauces, the vinegar that started it all and our Sweet Red, and grab a few bottles to carry home while you're there. Gary will be right there to walk you through everything Parker's keeps on the shelf and in the freezer at this store, from BBQ to Brunswick stew, hushpuppies, and corn sticks.

Can't make it by? That's the fun part. Parker's is stocked at Carlie C's and grocery stores all over eastern NC year round, so we're probably closer to your kitchen than you'd think.

Parker's makes that part easy! BBQ sandwiches, fried chicken, boneless wings, whole bone-in wings, plus mac and cheese, slaw, and hushpuppies that disappear before the ice does.
