Our ate well today at JOY Community Center & Soup Kitchen. Our guests enjoyed pulled pork, smoked Mac n Chz and hush puppies.

A big thanks to Roy at Consolidated Pipe & Supply Co for once again loaning us their smoker. Thanks to our good friend Clifton Watts for helping Devon and I with the cook. And finally thanks to another good friend and customer, Paul, who helped us secure the pork. Finally, thanks to all our customers whose continued patronage and support allows us to go out amd serve those less fortunate than ourselves.

A big thank you to Consolidated Pipe & Supply Co for loaning us their smoker! With their help we were able to feed 175 people at JOY Community Center & Soup Kitchen. Our guests ate well today with 1/3 # Angus burgers, corn on the cob and potato salad.

Thank you to all of our customers whose business helps make it possible for us to do things like this!

Help us serve our !!

As many of you know, Basil's Restaurant cooks lunch at JOY Community Center & Soup Kitchen the second Tuesday of every month. This coming Tuesday we are thinking about cooking burgers down at JOY for a nice spring picnic style lunch.

As opposed to us cooking them ahead of time and rewarming on site, we were possibly looking to borrow a pig cooker or other large tow behind grill so we could cook them at JOY that morning? All we need is the cooker and we can tow, provide gas, clean, etc. Thanks in advance.

Just a reminder…our Pizza collab with Basil's Restaurant is on the menu through the end of the month! They had a great first day with it Saturday and I’m currently smoking more brisket for them now. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to try something unique. Only place in town you’ll find an all wood fired brisket pizza!🔥🍕
