Good morning!
Hopefully everyone had a great summer and awesome holiday weekend!

With that said letโ€™s get back to business.
First lets congratulate our last skate package giveaway!

Dylan was the lucky winner to take home the board, shirt and helmet!!!
This has been such an awesome program that Iโ€™m shooting to do it year round once I get up to speed here at 180ยฐ!

Iโ€™ll be posting the job ads shortly on fb but I am currently seeking full time kitchen and dish washer help and a part time waitstaff.

These positions will start on or around the first of October, please message me with any interest or questions.

Good afternoon.
Lots of inquiries on the opening date for dine in.

Just wanted to touch base and let everyone know.
Starting tomorrow I will be closing 180ยฐ for carryout. I have several catering events and functions Iโ€™ll be doing to keep busy in the meantime.

The grand relaunch-opening for dine in will be Monday October 4th .

I have equipment needing repairs, a menu to revamp for fall items, uniforms, employee training, signs to hang and other things that need my attention.

Iโ€™ve worked this place alone since March 14th of 2020 due to covid, and more then anything I just need the next few weeks to turn off the stress, the uncertainty and the anxiety Iโ€™ve faced the last 17 months of this s**t show. My daughter leaves for college next week, Iโ€™ve done nothing with my kids the last year and a half and I need to prioritize whatโ€™s most important and focus on my family, recharging, getting 180ยฐ set and coming back STRONG this October.

I will be available via messenger and will be here doing catering and finishing up the concept for re launch so get ahold of me if you need anything.
Thank you everyone for all the support the last 17 months! From conversations, to cards, gifts and just buying my food. Thank you!

And thank you to those who reached out for private catering events that helped me be able to take this break.

Iโ€™ve been quiet as of late.
Thanks to a few of you for checking in on me.

Iโ€™ve had lots of calls and messages regarding if my dining room was open yet.
Especially now that restrictions have been lifted. To answer honestly,
yes and no..

I am not opening for dine in service just yet..
why you ask?
Sky high product prices.
Meats, veggies, chicken and even paper products are all still very high
gas prices,
electric prices,

You name it.

Then add in the current staffing issues plaguing the entire country and now the sudden end to restrictions.. ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

If not taken seriously these next few months could be more harmful to businesses then the last 15 months combined...

Iโ€™ve worked my business alone the last year doing everything from front to back and because of this kept my overhead very low.
Iโ€™ve kept the heat low and the ac high as possible to save money.
Iโ€™ve made trips for product to save in costs and minimum purchase quantities.

And still abided by all the rules and restrictions to keep everyone safe.

And here I am.

My plan is to continue carry out for the summer. I have a target date of early fall for a grand opening event . I also have a commitment from a friend to work with me in the kitchen this fall as well.
My staff will be in place, product pricing is forecasted to drop, people will be settled in and back into a groove in the industry as well.

Iโ€™ve put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into this rebrand of the Green Harp and I refuse to rush, or risk anything but perfection when I open the doors. So for now Iโ€™ll carry on as I have. Take out only.

Although , I have been asked about private catering here.
That I can accommodate. From bridal showers, meetings, ufc events, or whatever special catering you might need... get ahold of me! I can cater any type of menu to suit your needs and an awesome dining room to host it in !!

Also, with summer events, restaurants back open, graduations, fairs and other events, my business after 3pm has dropped dramatically.

My main rush and peak hours are 11-3 for the area lunch crowd.
So starting today my take out hours will be Tuesday through Friday
11-3.
Carry out only.

Please understand I look forward to opening and sharing this new place with you, we made it this far, whatโ€™s a couple more months!

And oh,
By the way, to whoever inquired about me possibly selling the business..

No thank you.
After all this bulls**t Iโ€™ve survived, I could never just sell and walk away.
Iโ€™m just getting started.
